Where Were You in 1992?: Svetozar in Spring

This is one of the two shorts made in 2019 as part of the 1992 project. Svetozar in Spring brings together footage from the “Bosnian Spring” uprisings which lasted from February to April 2014, footage from the occupied Bosnian Parliament in Sarajevo on 5th April 1992 a protest also known as “The People’s Parliament” and voiceover sections from the essay Srpske obmane,Serbian Delusions, written by an early Balkan socialist, Svetozar Marković in the aftermath of the Paris Commune of 1871.
