Where Were You in 1992?: Surveillance | Monitoring

This is one of the two shorts made in 2019 as part of the 1992 project. Surveillance | Monitoring, looks at two different strategies of documenting racism and fascism. One approach was surveilling the fascists, recording, infiltrating and watching what the fascists were up to in order to inform anti-racists and anti-fascists. The other strategy, was the monitoring of attacks on the community by racists and fascists, where often official figures failed to acknowledge the racial element to a crime.
